Dr. Ma and the staff at Precision Digital Dentistry are excellent. The office is outfitted with cutting edge technology. From the in-room x-rays to Netflix on the ceiling for your viewing pleasure. You can't beat the experience! The team is very thorough. They explain each procedure and lay out your options. I would highly recommend Precision Digital Dentistry!
On my way out, I noticed the diplomas on the wall -- Dr. Ma also had a Ph.D in Neuroscience from Johns Hopkins University! No wonder she is so smart. I'd definitely bring all my families here for their dental needs.
Dr. Ma is an excellent dentist. Her practice, Precision Digital Dentistry, uses the latest state of the art equipment and the office is meticulous. I appreciate that she takes the time to explain the procedures she recommends and why they are important. I've had crowns and some fillings done and they were all painless. As a side benefit you get to sit in a message chair and watch you're favorite Netflix shows while the procedures are done :)
I was very impressed by Dr. Ma's state-of-the-art dental office. The waiting room was equipped with iPads for entertainment. There is a huge in-wall aquarium with goldfish and ambient lights, very soothing and relaxing. To some extend this helped me get rid of the anxiety of a typical dental visit.
Dr. Joyce Ma is an excellent dentist who explains the procedure to patients in great detail before doing it. She took the time to answer all questions. I used to be dreadful to visit dentist office but her office is bright, clean, comfortable and modern (enjoyed the dentist chair with massage). She cleaned my dentures by hand before putting them in the ultrasound bath. In the pass, my dental assistance just put them in the ultrasound bath and called it cleaned. I highly recommended Dr. Ma for everyone who needs dental care.
I also enjoyed the massage chair while watching ceiling-mounted TV. The office was absolutely gorgeous and high-tech.
What's more impressive than the office is Dr. Ma. She is extremely patient, answering all my questions in a non-rush and caring way. She seems to be very experienced and knowledgable in all areas of dental work, from general dentistry to ortho and implants. After comprehensive exam she laid out several treatment options along with the pros and cons for each. I feel I'm in very good hands with my dental problem.
